Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please make contact 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Last minute cancellation & no show clients will be required to pay 100% of the price of their scheduled appointment before rescheduling or rebooking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another day/time.
I understand that there are times when emergencies arise or you have other obligations and I would be happy to reschedule your appointment if necessary when given the required amount of time.
