Cancellation Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new one will be required to book your next appointment.
No-shows will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service before rebooking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected obligations can come up. I’m always happy to reschedule when given enough notice.
